Great place to Stay Outside of Rome!   5 stars 

We stayed at the B&B “Il Colle degli Ulivi” towards the end of our 4 week trip touring Italy. We knew we wanted to stay outside of Rome and we're very happy to stumble upon Ivano and Terri's place. Excellent experiance staying at Agriturismo Barbiciao for 2 nights with my family. The local area as fun and Pisa and Florence was right around the corner. The owner Sandro and his family were real hosts during our stay. We will return.

My family of 6 stayed at Mulino di Nelle for 2 nights. The old watermill was in great condition and we enjoyed our time there. Sandro and his family are extremely nice and made the visit to Pistoia great. The fireplace kept our family warm and allowed some great bonding time. The stream outside the ... see review

Casa Mazzoni was a most inviting and picturesque place. Angelo was  a perfect tour guide as also a expctular hosts He was with us and more guests around all Tuscany  we have learned a lot about Tuscany and the people .

We had a really lovely stay at Ciasa Medalghes. Within 10 min you can reach the ski resorts and still, you have total silence during the night, good sleep, friendly people who are not annoyed by tourist masses as it often is the case in the busy ski resort villages.

I really enjoyed my stay at Cascina Ceserina. The home is beautiful, cosy and has a wonderful home-like feel - you can't help but want to relax. We've spent 5 nights at "Mulino di Nelle" appartment. Very-very beautiful & special place, especially suits for 2 couples or for a couple with teen-age children. The apartment where I was staying with my two friends was very big and beautifully decorated. The location has breathtaking scenery: mountains, woods, olive tree groves, and picturesque cottages. Above all, owners Simonetta and Eugenio were one of the most friendly and nicest people that I' ever met... see review

I have been in lionforti da Vico for three nights in Sept 2011. I have been there with my family (my wife an three kids). House is nice, owners are very friendly and it is in a marvellous countryside environment- Children have enjoyed a lot being in the country. Only recommendation is not to arrive ... see review
