Fantastic holiday home in the Catalonia countryside, surrounded by fields and mountains with swimming pool and barbecue, rented as a single unit, ideal for groups of friends, family and companies... 

    A wonderful, cosy country house in the Serrallimpia estate, located within the municipality of La Baronia de Rialb, in Lérida. The property has extensive woodland and fields where you can see farm animals, go for long walks and enjoy nature in a peaceful, family environment. 

    Restored in a traditional style with all the modern comforts and amenities. It is in a privileged location, isolated and at the same time well connected by road with the highway network, just 20 minutes from villa de Ponts, situated halfway between Barcelona and Andorra.

    Facing towards the La Baronia de Rialb reservoir, the property has magnificent views and you can also enjoy the presence of a splendid megalithic dolmen, 23 Romanesque churches and a very charming landscape...
