set among age-old olive trees and close to the pool, is the largest house:

Casa d´Es Mirador:
is centrally located in the finca in the area where the hermitages are, an area with absolute peace and quiet.

- ground floor: dining room, cosy sitting corner with furnace and typical fully-equipped Mallorquinian kitchen offering self-catering facilities for guests staying in this house. 

Ermita de Pedra:

Ermita de d´Alt:

Agroturismo Finca S'Olivar is a quiet and charming romantic hideaway and sanctuary sprawling across a private peaceful valley in a beautiful 15-acre farm set at the foot of the mountains and overlooking the sea. The finca combines a unique intimate character with spectacular ocean and mountain vistas. This magnificent estate with its beautiful stone terraces and lush gardens features two cottages and two houses nestled among hundreds of time-old olive trees, as well as fig, almond and carob trees. 

S'Olivar and its buildings also house Fundació S'Olivar, a private foundation whose mission includes fostering environmental, cultural as well as spiritual values such as peace, justice and solidarity among nations.

S’Olivar lies within walking distance of the picturesque cobble-stoned village of Estellencs in an exceptionally beautiful, environmentally-protected corner of Mallorca in the Serra de Tramuntana, at the foot of the majestic Galatzó Peak.

Fun, attractive hiking trails abound in the area, including a hike to the nearby Galatzó Peak (1025 m.) which is a natural observation post for stunning views of the entire island.

The finca’s two large houses and two smaller charming cottages - or hermitages - stand alone amidst the beautiful grounds, offering guests privacy and independence. At the same time, they are a short walk from each other and thus ideally suited for groups of friends and families.

Accommodation located in the tourist area of   Serra de Tramuntana

S’Olivar is 37 km or 50 min away from Palma. 
Drive to Esporles, then on to Banyalbufar, and on to Estellencs. 
The entrance is on a curve on your left, about 400 m before arriving at Estellencs. 
Make a sharp left on to the narrow lane marked by three signs: 
FUNDACIO S’OLIVAR and AGROTURISMO / SANTUARI.
