All Casale Refoli apartments are comfortably equipped. The floors are in natural terracotta, ceilings with traditional oak beams, wooden craft kitchens with marble shelves are fully equipped. 

The mattresses, hand-made, are very comfortable (bed 200x170 cm, 200x100 cm single). The closets of the bedrooms are antique and restored by good craftsmen, some dining tables are valuable and recently restored. 

Each apartment has its own outdoor area, shaded and paved with brick and furniture for outdoor dining. 
Individual heating to consumption. 
The pool, with a modern management control of salty water, size 16x 6,2 m, and is reserved only for guests of Casale Refoli. Open from 15 May to 24 September. Private indoor parking with night lighting. 

The building has 5 apartments of different capacities, caracteristics and prices: 

- MELOGRANO: 4 people, living room and kitchen with oven and dishwasher, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds (on request it's possible to join them). 2 bathrooms with shower. 

- LE FINESTRINE: 4 +1 people, large living room and fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with possibility 1 additional bed. 1 large bathroom with shower. 

- LE SCALE: 2 + 2 people, flat on two levels: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom on the first floor. Large living room (with sofa bed) and fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom downstairs. 

- LA ROCCAGLIA: 3 + 1 people, living room and fully equipped kitchen, 1 double, 1 single bedroom + extra bed, 2 bathrooms with shower. 

- FRASSINO: 4 people, large living room, separate kitchen fully equipped, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds (on request it's possible to join them). 2 bathrooms with shower.

Casale Refoli is an old Tuscan farm is detectable in the maps (dated 1824) of the "Catasto Leopoldino", with the name of Podere Cetinaglia. The farm was inhabited, until not too long ago, by families of peasants of Val d'Elsa who earned their living by farming and livestock breeding. 

Casale Refoli is in the municipality of Casole d'Elsa, which is of ancient Etruscan origin and an important historical center of Val d'Elsa. 
Historically Casole d'Elsa was the subject of contention between Florence and Volterra and the village owes its imposing walls to the domain of Siena. The town was awarded the Orange Flag, the eco-tourism and environment distinction, that the Italian Touring Club gives the location in the inland for the development of quality tourism. 

Only recently the farm of Casale Refoli has been completely restored while maintaining the shape, volume and part of the original structures and transformed into a cozy and comfortable country house with 5 nice apartments. 
Very quiet, the property of 15,000 square meters is located on a hill surrounded mainly by cultivated fields and woods.
