In the countryside, among the traditional areas of oak and grass, pasture for bulls, is our home, "El Mirador de la Covatilla" which, as its own name suggests, offers a spectacular view on the mountains, the village of Candelario and Lake Santa Teresa. 

A cottage with modern facilities, designed to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. 

An ideal place to enjoy outdoor activities, traditional festivals and great food. 

The village of Guijo de Avila is located at the top of a mountain at 1000 m altitude, where there are stunning views, near Salamanca, 3 km away from the village of Guijuelo and its delicious Spanish cured ham and 20 minutes away from the ski resort of La Covatilla.

From Salamanca and Caceres: 
Motorway A66, take exit 393 and follow the directions to Guijo de Avila, once in the village take the last street on the left.

From Madrid: 
take the motorway to Avila, then take the N-110 towards Piedraita, then take the road SA-102 to Santibanez de Bejar, then take SA-164 to Guijo de Avila, once in the village take the first street on the right.
