Casa Amasista is a bit of Heaven on Earth
2011-10-25
Casa Amatista truly a bit of Heaven on Earth.Set in a stunning Landscape, and its own beautiful gardens Amatista is a welcome escape from the gring of daily life.Daniel and Zanna made us feel so at home and our daily morning yoga classes set us up for the rest of the day.our accommodation was just perfect and the flowers from the garden were beatiful.Amatista has a special quality that is hard to define, its a combination of so many wonderful elements, the house, the gardens, the setting, the relaxed atmosphire, the friendlyness of all, the amazing massages given by beautiful talented Piret, the ecco qualities of the house and accommodation, the dogs Bonny and Nitty, and Mus Mys the cat, all add up to an unforgetable holiday that will be repeated next year.To all at Amatista Namaste and love Colin

Paradise Found!
2011-10-24
We had an amazing week at Villa Amatista. The setting is very secluded and so peaceful, yet only a maximum of 30 minutes to anywhere on the island. Yoga every morning with either Daniel or Zanna and two wonderful massages by Piret helped in getting rid of all the tension and stress that had built up. We feel totally relaxed and ready to face anything, and cannot wait to return, next time for two weeks. Villa Amatista and everyone there will hold a special place in our hearts, and we have brought home wonderful memories and new friendships to cherish forever.

Wonderfull stay in oasis
2010-11-28
We actually planned to stay for 3 days and move elsewhere on the island, but we just couldn't leave and stayed for the full 7 days. We stayed at the yurt which is a very nice place in your own large private graden. The casa is perfectly situated in the middle of the Island. By car most takes max. 30 minutes to reach. The whole place is very neat and well maintained.

By the volcanos
2009-12-22
I never thought that being surrounded by volcanos was so pleasant. That's because Can Amatista gave us the impression of being at home. The people, the gardens, the dogs and the beautiful bathrooms made me feel 30 yrs younger. Amatista is in the middle of Lanzarote so you can reach anywhere in 30 min whatever you decide to do for that day depending of the wind. I am of the opinion that it is better to stay in a place for at least a week instead of running from one place to the other everyday. If you stay at Can Amatista for that lenght of time you will be able to enjoy the island in its full beauty. And when you get home at night there is nothing like making a salad with the green lettuce and tasty tomatoes you got from the Amatista garden. I am leaving my last comment for Zanna who was incredibly helpful since the minute we got there in every respect and also with our little daughter who was just 4 when we lived at Amatista. Highly recommended experience. Carlos and Veronica

Fantastic and peaceful location!
2009-05-07
We would recommend Casa Amatista- the location is wonderfully remote, quiet and peaceful- yet centrally located so ideal for visiting the beautiful island of Lanzarote. We felt very welcome and relaxed in the surroundings of Casa Amatista. Thanks for a fantastic break, peaceful sleeps and friendly faces (and pets!) We'll be back!

Fantastic

We had a lovely time with Daniel and Zanna at Casa Amatista. I am worried to say this in case the place gets overly popular as it is currently the best kept secret on the island. Our hosts were generous, friendly and extremely informative. We stayed in the Yurt which was a wonderful type of accommodation and new to us as was Lanzarote. Needless to say we will back to stay at Casa Amatista and the yurt (if there's space!).

We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy, remoteness and comfort of Casa Amatista and we will most certainly return. The house is well placed for exploring the island and is unspoiled by car or human. The landscape is really special and the package-holiday industry has not destroyed any of the islands raw beauty. Our son enjoyed Casa Amatistas lovely dog called Bonnie, the great pool and the local goats cheese from the shop in Soo. Happy holidays

Fantastic time at the Villa Amatista/Bodega
2008-03-25
Had a wonderful week in the Bodega villa at Villa Amatista in early March 2008. It is in a beautiful setting with amazing views. I would recommend it to anyone. It was great to be surrounded by so many lush plants, and very quiet, very peaceful. We appreciated the DVDs for the evenings and the extra books. M & G British guests - late fifties

Excellent

Steve and Jean and son Amadeus found Tisalaya the perfect home away from home. Wonderfully maintained, tastefully arranged, with extras like the best bed we've ever found in a rental accomodation. The hosts are both gracious and helpful, Bonnie is a fine sidekick for any kid, and the setting is 100% Lanzarote. We would be very happy to be there right now!

Excellent appartment in quiet surrounding
2008-02-20
A perfect place to stay if you want to see Lanzarote and prefer to stay in a quiet area. It is situated in a small village in the middle of the island with beatiful views on the surrounding mountains. There are several appartments but thanks to the smart architecture it feels like you have your own private little home. It is very peaceful and quiet in Villa Amatista, with beautiful gardens surrounding the appartments. The owners are very friendly and helpful - so is the dog by the way!
