Wishing you a very warm welcome to the Hostal** Pino Doñana, a typical Andalusian inn opened in 2004 and situated in Hinojos, conveniently in the Heart of Doñana, 15 minutes from El Rocío and 30 minutes from the well-known beach resort of Matalascañas. The Hostal** Pino Doñana, with its ideal location, is a convenient stop for both the business traveller, leisure traveller and birdwatcher seeking rest and relaxation in a small, quiet establishment where they will receive pleasant, family hospitality without forgoing the advantages of a higher category hotel. Also our fully air-conditioned Bar-Café Central, offers  clients a wide variety of  dishes, from a simple coffee with churros, to home-made pastries, without forgetting the characteristic tapas typical of the gastronomy of Doñana region.

Some recommendations for your stay: 
- 4x4 excursions to the Doñana National Park. We can make your bookings for you without any commission. 
- Birdwatching. With more than 3.000 hours of sun a year and close to the migration crossing point  between Europe and Africa, with vastly varying ecosystems from swamp to dunes, steppes to forests,  sea to  streams, Doñana is a birders paradise, and Hinojos is the closest starting point for the main sights. 
- Trekking routes. 
- Cycling. 
- Sun and beach in Matalascañas. Or if you would like more peace and serenity far from this noisy world, we strongly recommend you visit the virgin beaches of Cuesta Maneli and Rompeculos between Matalascñas and Huelva. 
- Visits to the Museum of the Sea World and Parque Dunar of Matalascañas, which will captivate both adults and children. 
- Horse riding. A unique experience. 
- Christopher Columbus monument. Monastery of La Rábida, where that famous sea voyage was planned which resulted in the discovery of America. See also Puerto de Palos, where the famous expedition departed from. 
- Moguer. The town where our winner of the international Nobel Prize for Literature, Juan Ramón Jiménez, author of the famous book “Platero y yo”, was born. You will be able to visit his house which is now a museum. 
- Sierra de Aracena, with its famous Cave of Wonders and its vast areas for more excellent birdwatching. 
- Isla Mágica, an amusement park located in La Isla de la Cartuja, where you and your children will spend an unforgettable day.

Interesting places

- Hinojos is a beautiful white village that belongs to the province of  Huelva. The village has a population of around 3700 inhabitants and the district comprises 31900 ha, of which 11000ha are within the Doñana National Park and another 13300ha within the Doñana Natural Park. Located in Huelva’s south eastern part, Hinojos is 60 km. from the provincial capital, and 40 km. from Seville.
Pine forests, which contain large recreational areas, surround the town and includes a delightful public open air bar-café beneath the pines trees. There is a large number of bars and restaurants in the village that offer the typical gastronomy of the area and are the delight of the visitors. Hinojos also has the modern Doñana National Park Visitors Centre, “Los Centenales", where the visitor can find the most up to date tourist information about the park as well as audiovisuals about the diverse ecosystems present in this unique part of Europe.
