Sunny, roomy and comfortably furnished self catering apartments for great relaxation.

Our beautiful house is newly rebuilt and is located 2 minutes distance outside of the center of the village with a breathtaking view of the surrounding Tyrol Mountains and landscape. Enjoy the peace and quiet of our very beautiful, well furnished holiday apartments with its own sun terrace.
Our holiday apartments contains separate bedrooms (room for 1 to 6 people).
Both are very large and comfortable equipped and they have seperate sleeping rooms.

Appartement A on the groundfloor offers:

With the Olympic SkiWorld joins the ski resort of Innsbruck in the best winter resorts in the Alps. 
By Lans, you can run every half hour by bus to the Olympic Express Patscherkofel. This trip is free for guests with ski equipment! 

A free shuttle takes you on Tuesday and Friday to the Stubai Glacier. 

Our central location opens up our guests almost unlimited ski fun:

In only 4 kilometers away RINN is a selective trail for the classic runners and skaters. The area is snow, the trail will be improved when necessary with artificial snow. Parking at Archstadllift (Rinner lift).

She brings a cross-country bus from Sunday to Friday every day into a good track (either the Stubai Valley, is in the Leutasch, etc.) This service is free for our guests! 

S U M M E R 

Lans is a nice village above Innsbruck with beautiful scenery and wonderful walking and hiking trails. 

Our local mountain is the Patscherkofel www.patscherkofelbahnen.at/ and is  just a few minutes away from us. You can start walking on your doorstep at your own pace and learn about the many different routes. There are in our region beautiful valleys, alpine meadows, mountain chalets, mountain lakes and hiking trails to explore. Thus determines the leave will not be bored. There is, for each condition in the right direction! A trail map we keep ready. 

The Tourist Office offers our guests a weekly walking program (free of charges) and guided hikes with guides for all grades. 
Whether you want to enjoy a beautiful walk, swimming (free of charges at Lansersee for our guests), cycling, or culture in the city, or sports in the mountains, it is intended for all tastes.

How to get there?

Address: Sistranser Straße 111 - 6072  Lans,  Lans (Innsbruck-Land,  Tyrol)

By car from Germany or Switzerland take the Innsbruck Mitte exit and continue on to Lans. At the first crossing turn left in the direction of Sistrains, after 200 meters the entrance to the house is on the left.

Coming from Italy you take the Patsch exit (There is a toll charge) and drive straight for about 2 miles to Lans. At the first crossing turn left in the direction of Sistrans and after 200 meters the house is on your left. 

When you arrive by plane or by train we will be happy to pick you up from the station or the airport.
You can of course also rent a car at the train station or airport.

Additional information

Innsbruck (7 km), with all its attractions, sights ( The old part of the city with the golden roof, Hofburg, Bergisel Jumping, Castle Amras,......) shops, restaurants, and its especial flair is only a few minutes away from our village. There is every half hour a bus which will transfer you to the center of Innsbruck.

In our village only 350 meters away from our house, there is a nice grocery store. 
In the village are also very good and famous restaurants and Tyrolean inns that are recommended for a cozy lunch or dinner very much.

Take your vacation time, cycling is healthy! 

Varied and enjoyable - bike tours around Innsbruck & Lans. Beginners and professionals expected at altitudes from 600 to 2250 meters in total 115 km of mountain bike trails and 350 km of cycle paths 
along the Inn Valley. 


Wonderful walking and hiking tours in all different lables. 
There are weekly different walking and hiking tours with a guide (free of charge).
Wonderful biking and mountain-biking tours in the valley and on the mountains.
Bike rental will deliver the bicycle to your door and collect it again in the evening. We have a lake in our village the 'Lanser See' and our guests have free entry to the Lanser See.
Make a run at the Olympic Bob- and Skeleton Bahn in Innsbruck Igls or do you like bungee - jumping at the Europabrücke, make a canyoning - or rafting  tour at the Inn river , or do you prefer a flight with a paraglider from the top of the mountains ? 
If you like Golf, riding, tennis, .....  enjoy your holiday in Lans.
Whether you want an active, quiet, sporting or cultural holiday, it is entirely up to you. There is something for everyone among the great activities on offer.
