The owner´s comments

We are an English family providing luxury bed and breakfast, and gite/apartment accomodation in Villa Lafabrègue, in the centre of the town of Prades. The house was built in the 1870´s and it sits in an acre of ground complete with swimming pool, at your disposal.

All rooms have either ensuite shower rooms or bathrooms. Three of the rooms have terraces and views of the Pyrenees to either the West or South. It is situated in Prades, and is just a 5 minute walk into the town centre for restaurants and shops.

How to get there?

Address: 15 Avenue Louis Prat - 66500  Prades,  Prades (Pyrénées-Orientales,  Languedoc-Roussillon)

- As you approach Prades from Perpignan direction,you will reach a roundabout where you take the second exit, as though you are going straight on.
-  You will have Casa Perez Jewellers on your right and pass the town twinning signs.
-  You will have Intermarche (supermarket) and GiFi on your right. Carry straight on into a narrow one way high street, Avenue General de Gaulle.
-  Head all the way through until you get to a T junction/crossroads. 
-  You have three options, take the middle one which from the junction takes you straight across.-  You are in Avenue Louis Prat.
-  On the left, about a 100 m on there are some large green gates.
-  Turn into and you have arrived. Sign on the wall says Lafabregue.
-  If you reach the Clinique St Michel or traffic lights you have gone to far.
