How to get here from the A1 Highway (“Autostrada A1”):
- Take the Valdichiana exit- Get on the Siena - Perugia highway in the direction towards Perugia- Exit at Passignano East (“Est”)Turn Left (onto the Strada Statale/State Road in the direction of Magione / Perugia)- After approx. 2.5 kilometers take the left onto the Provincial road following the indications for Castel Rigone: the scenic road climbs trough the hills. - After approx. 3 kilometers take the left onto the Provincial road following the indications for Lisciano Niccione; the road goes down into the valle of Piandimarte in the locality of Trecine- You will find yourself on SP143 (SP = Strada Provinciale/Provincial Road). - PAY ATTENTION to the signs that mark the kilometers as you take this road as you must go for 4 kilometers on this road, SP143Look for the sign “Kilometer 4” and immediately after the sign you will see on your right a white gravel road, with a sign that says SCUOLABUS (this is a school bus stop sign), and you need to take this road and follow it for about 800 meters, where you will find on your LEFT a road lined with pine and cypress trees that takes you to the old Saint Christopher Church, and therefore to our Country House!
